An English youth worker on tele said about the riot. If it's true what they say and these kids are mindless thugs ...then we should really be questioning a society that produces so many of them.

Yes - this help from society could be happening much more at a local community level. If only we were more inclusive of young people instead of wrapped up in individualism and personal success. I really hope that we can do some things here that involve people who might otherwise feel marginalised. Hopefully this Village space can help!
