| Why: A pilot would be a great way to demonstrate the components of NTW | When: Ongoing | Other: Need a good proposal template to begin with. We would seek to approach a housing provider to propose a pilot along NTW lines - could take several different forms. For instance, a tiny house project for youth homeless that would move from building tiny homes and then on to food gardens, resource repair and share etc. |
